Paulic Meunerie

Paulic Meunerie is a family group which was created in 1957. We have been a local reference player for 4 generations, and carry out two historic professions: the production of wheat and buckwheat flours. Since the beginning of 2023 we have also been producing rice flour. Thanks to our expertise, we meet the most demanding needs of more than 700 professionals in the bakery, RHD, GMS and food industry, in France and abroad. Aware of the richness of Breton lands, more than 85% of the wheat that we crush comes from this region. We are keen to favor short circuits by offering flour made from Breton wheat. We are also involved in various responsible and sustainable sectors: Organic Label, Merci les Algues, IGP, Label Rouge, GMP+. In a few figures, Paulic Meunerie is: in 2022 more than 35,000 tonnes of products sold and a turnover of €18.7 million compared to €11.3 million in 2021 (+65%), 48 employees, €12 million in investment for 5 years, the first Agritech listed on the Euronext Growth stock market since February 18, 2020.
