CHABLIS DOMAINE DE LA TOUR

Domaine de la Tour is a family vineyard and winery of 15 Hectares. We produce different kind of white wines on the appellations: Bourgogne Aligoté, Bourgogne Chitry Chardonnay, Petit Chablis, Chablis and Chablis Premier Cru (Monts-Mains, Côte de Jouan and Côte de Cuissy).
Attached to our soil and our “Terroir”, we make a quite particular care in the maintenance of our vineyard to produce the best grapes as possible. We don’t use any chemical herbicides in our soil and we are working mechanically by plowing and clawing. As regards the fight against disease, we practice sustainable farming, which allows us to preserve our environment.
We make our wines in a traditional way while using the modern technical means (stainless steel tanks thermo regulated warm/cold, selected yeasts) to make express himself the specific “Terroir” of each of our wines. Our Burgundy wines are fruity with this touch of minerality stemming from Chablis, what makes them specific compared to the Southern Burgundies of the Region. As for our Chablis, they have this mineral dominant appropriate for this specific appellation.
