Wine made with 3 grape varieties: Clairette, Ugni blanc, Roussanne. Its color has pretty shiny reflections, bronze color. With delicate aromas of apple and white peach, honey, and gourmet and liquorice final notes (30% aged 8 months in oak barrels). Beautiful freshness and amplitude, round and persistent in the mouth. Our wine will accompany your aperitifs, steamed or grilled fish, cooked seafood and shellfish, poultry with cream, veal blanquette, goat or hard cheeses.
