The Spirits of Maison Hamelle - Pastis Parisien, the first spirit made by Maison Hamelle, is an aniseed aperitif that we have patiently developed, in order to give it a certain modernity and a touch of originality. Second spirit from Maison Hamelle, Baignoire Gin refers to the “bathtub gin” produced during prohibition in the United States in the 1920s. It is a gin without distillation, obtained by maceration of plants and spices. New spirit from Maison Hamelle, Aquavit Voltaire takes its name from the 100% French origin of the raw materials but also from the metro station located 5 minutes from the factory. Aquavit, from the Latin “aqua vitae” meaning water of life, is a spirit of Scandinavian origin made from caraway and dill.
