Discover the spirits (whiskey, rum, gin, and beers) from the Moon Harbour distillery, the first distillery to make 100% Bordeaux whiskey. The distillery is located in a former bunker dating back to the Second World War. All stages of the creation of our spirits are done on site: grinding, brewing, fermentation, distillation, and aging.

The uniqueness of our whiskeys? An ideal aging cellar, the 6-meter thick walls of the bunker allow for ideal humidity, a traditional & local distillation system: 2 STUPFLER 100% copper stills. Our whiskey is aged in barrels of grand Bordeaux wines, Sauternes, but also in red wine barrels, such as Château La Louvière or Château Carbonnieux - Pessac-Léognan (33).
