They are coming to SIA 2026 to support the agricultural world. Institutions, sectors and committed personalities speak out.

All united around SIA 2026

In 2026, despite a demanding sanitary context, the Salon International de l’Agriculture continues to bring people together. Institutions, sectors and committed personalities speak out to affirm their support and reaffirm the essential role of SIA as a place for dialogue, recognition and connection with the general public.

Christian Prudhomme, Director of Tour de France

“The Tour de France and farmers share a common passion: the territories of our country. We also share a unique ability to adapt to all kinds of uncertainties, to invent alternative scenarios when nature or other constraints disrupt our plans.

The Paris International Agricultural Show, driven by this same resilience, is also responding to unforeseen challenges, in a sanitary context that prevents France’s finest cattle from making their annual visit to the capital.

Yet this unique event will remain, we are certain, a privileged place for dialogue and encounters. I hold it especially dear, from my earliest childhood, and would not miss it for anything in the world.”

Région Grand Est

“From 21 February to 1 March 2026, the Paris International Agricultural Show (SIA) will open its doors at Paris – Porte de Versailles, in a context of a major agricultural crisis. More than ever, the Chambers of Agriculture of the Grand Est affirm their determination to convey a positive, mobilising and forward-looking message, by highlighting the women and men who shape regional agriculture.”

Hervé Pillaud, speaker and author

“I will be at SIA 2026 with the same enthusiasm as 50 years ago, with the same dreams for the future, the same faith in our agriculture, and the same pride in contributing my own small part to an agriculture like no other.”

“The Show is the finest space we are given to welcome our fellow citizens and host the whole world.”

Sébastien Evain, President of SYRPA

“As agricultural communicators, we have a responsibility to amplify the voices of those who, despite the challenges, continue to feed our country. We call on our peers, the media, companies across the sector and all citizens to make SIA 2026 a popular success and a moment of collective recognition.”

FERL - Fédération des équidés des races locales

“We want SIA to remain an opportunity to remind a wide range of national and local political decision-makers, as well as the general public, of the extraordinary genetic, economic, cultural and heritage value of France’s draft horses, regional horse breeds, donkeys and mules.”

Hélène Paillette, Director of the touring Concerts à la Ferme season

“Proud to launch the 2026 edition of the touring Concerts à la Ferme season in this iconic venue that is the Salon International de l’Agriculture.

A musical rendezvous on 24 February, at the heart of the largest farm in France. Because culture and agriculture share the same strength: creating connection and meaning.

This year more than ever, being present at the Show is also a concrete way to support the agricultural world and the women and men who bring it to life.”

Organisations FNB, FNPL, FNEC and FNO

“The Salon International de l’Agriculture, like the many agricultural events organised each year across the regions, is a privileged moment for exchange, transmission and connection. In a context where livestock farmers are increasingly under pressure on multiple fronts — sanitary, climatic and economic — these encounters are essential to strengthen trust, raise awareness of the realities of French farms, and reaffirm the central role of livestock farming in rural territories.”

Alba Ventura, editorialist – TF1 Group

“Of course we’re going to miss those cows! We would have loved to meet Biguine, who was preparing for a long journey from Martinique. But it’s only postponed. In the meantime, SIA remains a giant farm… You have to come and see the sheep, the goats… I never get tired of the chicks, the lambs… and I love talking with the people who raise them. And let’s be honest: you eat well at the Show!! We have the very best when it comes to local products!

I don’t know about you, but I’m going to find time to go. My moment! That moment when I tell myself how lucky I am to live in a country where we produce the very best!

See you soon at the Paris International Agricultural Show, from 21 February to 1 March.”

Father Camille Millour, Parish priest of Notre-Dame des Champs (Paris 6th)

“This year, the Paris International Agricultural Show will take place without cattle, but with just as much meaning.
Coming to the Show means supporting French agriculture, its sectors, and all those who help keep our country alive.
Women and men who get up early, work tirelessly, so that we can eat and therefore live.

Coming to the Show also means paying tribute to our regions and to the diversity of animals still present despite the crisis, and simply saying thank you.
Coming to the Show is also about meeting the family behind this event, who have been organising this gathering for weeks and months with energy and passion.

As a Parisian, I have been coming since I was a child, and this year I will return with just as much joy, because it is a unique, powerful week that brings people together and truly matters.”

INAPORC

“From 21 February to 1 March, at the Paris International Agricultural Show, pigs will be among the 3,500 animals present at the event and will be featured in numerous activities within the ‘Pig Village’ in Hall 1.”

“SIA: 9 days of immersion, exchanges and tastings. Within the Pig Village, at Stand 1 M 023, INAPORC will take part in SIA with a rich and friendly programme designed to showcase the diversity and know-how of the French pig sector. Visitors will be able to enjoy an immersive experience through a virtual tour of a pig farm using 360° headsets, and meet directly with breeders who have come from all over France.

A wide range of fun activities will offer visitors the chance to win gifts by testing their knowledge of pigs and their diet, and by taking part in games, including a giant version of Le Cochon qui Rit®. Each day, visitors will be able to admire and savour pork and delicatessen products thanks to culinary demonstrations organised by CEPROC and tastings of various regional charcuterie specialities.”
