The winners of the “Gargantua” competition represent a specific sector and share the unique aspects of their profession through a savory recipe in the morning and a sweet recipe in the afternoon

- Hospital catering: meals as an act of care, with balanced recipes made from fresh produce and tailored to nutritional needs.
