- School catering: taste education, discovering new vegetables, anti-waste and economical recipes that are easy to reproduce at home.
- Hospital catering: meals as an act of care, with balanced recipes made from fresh produce and tailored to nutritional needs.
- Nursing homes: adapting food to elderly guests, working on textures and flavors, and offering foods that are easy to eat, including with your hands.
