INAPORC was created in December 2003 to bring together and at the same time represent the organisations of the professionals in the French pork sector: animal feed, production, slaughtering-cutting, processing and distribution.

Tasks :

- Organising inter-professional discussion

- Contributing to the management and development of domestic and export markets

- Strengthening food safety particularly through traceability, research in the interest of both users and consumers

- Defending and promoting the common interests of the sector.
