Committed to healthy, organic, and local food, we offer a range of 10 flours including 4 ancient cereal flours (small spelt, large spelt, khorasan, ancient wheats) made on a astrié stone mill (www.moulinastrie.fr). Flours without additives, without preservatives, highly digestible and with interesting nutritional properties because the germ is fully present.

From our khorasan wheat flour, you can discover our 100% khorasan semi-wholemeal pasta.

As potato producers, off-grade potatoes are utilized in potato velour

which resembles a jam. We will have the pleasure to let you taste it and tell you more about the

many possible combinations. It is made by the 2024 French champion of jams, Hatice Guéreau.

.

A little hungry, craving a treat, our ancient wheat crepes and buckwheat pancakes will be there! Our recipe highlights producers we know: everything that fills them comes from a friend producer in our department. In 2024 and then in 2025, they were popular, even among Bretons who stopped by our stand!

Looking forward to welcoming you to our stand!

La Petite Beauceronne, for the love of the future
