Signature whisky is a single malt brewed, fermented, and distilled in Bordeaux in a Bordeaux still. The barley used for the production of this whisky is grown in the Bordeaux region. Like all the whiskies of the brand, Signature is aged in Bordeaux wine barrels for 3 to 4 years. Moon Harbour has given carte blanche to its cellar masters to blend its best barrels, all appellations included: Sauternes, Pessac Léognan, or Saint-Emilion, in order to offer you a single malt that will surprise you with its balance and smoothness. Consensus, Signature allows entry into the Moon Harbour universe.

Tasting: silky, the Signature combines the strength of the fruit related to the Sauternes cask and the spicy side of the red wine barrels, which brings a lovely length in the mouth.
