Discover the spirits (whisky, rum, gin, and beers) from the Moon Harbour distillery, the first distillery to produce 100% Bordeaux whisky. The distillery is located in a former bunker dating back to World War II. All stages of creating our spirits are done on site: grinding, brewing, fermentation, distillation, and aging.

The uniqueness of our whiskies? An ideal aging cellar, the bunker’s 6-meter-thick walls provide optimal humidity, and a traditional & local distillation system: 2 STUPFLER pot stills made from 100% copper. Our whisky is aged in barrels of great Bordeaux wines, Sauternes, but also in red wine casks, like Château La Louvière or Château Carbonnieux - Pessac-Léognan (33).
