Most of the animals present at the Paris International Agricultural Show participate in the prestigious Concours Général des Animaux. The best of French genetics is awarded here. The animals are carefully selected by breed selection organizations and passionate breeders, always available to share their knowledge and promote their regions.

To honor and celebrate the work of breeders, visit the four rings that animate the Pavilion:
- The grand ring and the presentation ring for cattle presentations and contests
- The sheep/goat ring and the pig ring for presentations, demonstrations, and contests of sheep, goats, and pigs
The mascot cow
The mascot cow has been representing and proudly carrying the colors of the Paris International Agricultural Show since 2011. This tradition celebrates the diversity of French agriculture and the expertise of breeders. The stall of the iconic cow, located at the heart of Pavilion 1, always attracts attention.
In 2026, come and meet the duo formed by Biguine and André! A unique opportunity to learn more about this rustic and endearing ultramarine breed.
