The major interprofessional organizations of the dairy and meat sectors, located in Pavilion 1, offer educational and culinary spaces to introduce visitors to their industries—from the stable to the plate!

  • For cow’s milk, visit the CNIEL

  • For beef and lamb, visit INTERBEV
  • For pork, head to INAPORC
  • For poultry, visit the CNPO (eggs) and ANVOL (meat)

Most of the animals present at the Paris International Agricultural Show participate in the prestigious Concours Général des Animaux. The best of French genetics is awarded here. The animals are carefully selected by breed selection organizations and passionate breeders, always available to share their knowledge and promote their regions.

The mascot cow

The mascot cow has been representing and proudly carrying the colors of the Paris International Agricultural Show since 2011. This tradition celebrates the diversity of French agriculture and the expertise of breeders. The stall of the iconic cow, located at the heart of Pavilion 1, always attracts attention.

In 2026, come and meet the duo formed by Biguine and André! A unique opportunity to learn more about this rustic and endearing ultramarine breed.
